At the meeting, some information about the organisation of AtLAST consortium will be shared. Similar to the kick-off meeting, each Work Package (WP) will have a slot.
WPs will present according to the following order: WP2-Design, WP6-Science, WP4-Operations, WP3-Site, WP5-Energy, WP1- Governance, followed by a shorter presentation by Eelco on the newly formed instrumentation working group and by a general discussion.
The WP presentations will include:
• Summary of goals of WP
• Summary of progress of WP up to now
• Action items, including close deadlines (deliverables, milestones) up to 12 months in the future.
• Possible risks and problems foreseen or that have already arisen related to this WP, and mitigation plan.
• Items on which the WP needs feedback from within the Consortium
• Items on which the WP needs feedback from the External Advisory Committee
